Parcel not delivered despite delivery status as delivered

Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment regarding this matter. The parcel in question has not been received on my end, despite delivery records indicating otherwise. This situation is unacceptable, especially as I have previously communicated that I will be leaving the country for six months and will not be available to resolve any issues that may arise thereafter.

I would like to emphasize that I did not sign for or acknowledge receipt of any package. I expect this matter to be escalated to management immediately for resolution. Please arrange for the parcel to be located and delivered to me without further delay.
