Parcel cancelled without my consent.

I've made my order number *** on the 29/11/2019 for a COD. I'm not happy with the service as the driver, I have been in contact with promised to redeliver my order today but when I track the status I see my order has been cancelled.

When I spoke to the driver on the 05/12/2019 I asked if he could wait as I need to go withdraw the money and we were in contact earlier and I came into the office especially for my order. Now when I call the branch they keep hanging up on me and I've been told my order was unsuccessful, how is that when the driver advised he will redeliver it as he could not come back yesterday to bring my order.

I'm appalled by the service as I did tell him that I need my order delivered.

Now superbalist is advising me that they will redo the order with updated prices, the reason I ordered with the black Friday prices is that I wanted the discount.

I'm really not happy with the service can my parcel please be delivered with the same amount i ordered it with.
