Paid for expedited delivery, 10 days later still no delivery

So ordered a couple of items from superbalist.com on black Friday with a total of R3700 then I paid an extra R65 for an expedited delivery. To my surprise only 1 out the 7 item was delivered the next day on the 25 of November the rest were scheduled to be delivered on the December 1. Fast forward its the 4 of December I still have not received my order. My fiance's birthday was on the 3rd December I couldn't even give her the presents I had bought for her. This is totally unacceptable, I paid for early delivery!!!
