Package delivered but empty - NO watch but only a tin box

Black Friday Special Ordered 16*****0 Fossil Watch Carlie mini me - silver - delivered 28 Nov 2022. Upon opening the sealed package box, I found that the Fossil metal tin box : 1. The seal was tempered with, 2. There was no watch inside. I think there are now ******* in the packaging department 😞 because 90% of my online purchases have been with Superbalist and I have never experienced this. I have logged a complaint with Superbalist and am awaiting their response. I am just utterly disappointed.
