Overpriced item with poor quality.

I have communicated my dissatisfaction to them and sent them pictures as evidence. They have rejected the return citing that on my return form, I used subject 'I dont like the item' instead of 'Damaged goods'. This is to me holds no substance and as the fact of the matter here is an overpriced item with poor quality.
