Overdue Delivery

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I am extremely disappointed in the service I am getting from the company. I placed an order on the 25th of July. I have yet to receive my delivery. My order number is ********** . It is sad that I have been trying to get this resolved since yesterday afternoon. I have used my personal airtime and the company I work for to get this issue resolved. Can I kindly get this sorted out? My number is on the company's site. I contacted both Superbalist.com and the courier but nothing has come to fruition. I am extremely disappointed because part of the parcel has a friend's gift. And he is birthdaying tomorrow. </p>
