Second time I've had to request an exchange. First exchange I had to do last year never even arrived and they never could tell me why, couple hundred rand down the drain!

This time, after paying for fast shipping, the dress I ordered came in the wrong colour (which I have an issue with since there's a stark difference between black and yellow, how can the packers not double check an order??).

Took almost a week to approve/collect the item to be returned and I got an email now saying my exchange should be delivered a week from now. Not optimistic. They just love wasting money.

Anyway, as the saying goes; fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I'm over superbalist and will not shop on there again.
