Outrageous service

I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating. Undeserving. they took in my watch under warranty for repairs which I was in communication prior to sending it in that this was the process and was assured that if not fixed the watch would be returned to me. Its been in their possession since june and no one can locate my watch. At one point they sent me the wrong watch. I've been going around in circles. From the watch is fixed to we will refund you. After many emails of them blaming the supplier and back and forth they send me a credit of which I was clear I did not want, of an amount 3 time less than the current value of the watch. Its *******, they say refer to the terms and conditions and its states customer has the right to choose if they want a credit nothing states you do not get your watch back. Even though they clearly stated prior to collection it would be returned. They have been giving me the run around for months and no explanation as to where my watch is and sheer refusal to handle the situation. I've dealt with dozens of consultants despite being asking for a manager. I had to deal with the supplier which asks me information which superbalist only know. Despicable service, rude, unfriendly and unapologetic about their service. Constantly questioning the customers intelligence. Still fighting to get my watch back. Forcing my hand to take legal action.
