Orders Not Delivered

I ordered 3 separate things on the Superbalist app, (all 3 orders were made at separate times). All three orders are said to have been delivered according to the app, but I have not received anything from them. I called them, and haven't received any feedback that is helpful. This is money that I spent on Superbalist and there hasn't been any resolve.

This, I must say, isn't like Superbalist.
