Orders do not get delivered

Bought from Superbalist 3 times, all the time I buy my item never gets delivered. At once I stopped buying from them. They do not contact you or ask any questions about the address. But they are quick to cancel orders. All my three times, I have bought from them my order never gets to you.

Also contacted them to provide them with my address but still my order got canceled. Called them the agent hang up on me.
