Orders cancellation without my consent and no refund

I placed an order on the 25th of November I never received my order , my order was cancelled without my consent on the 1st… not even once did I receive their call to tell me about the delivery.. or given an option of delivery extension or cancellation. I sent an email to them I never got their response.. I rated them I also did not receive their response.. I am deeply hurt by their service.. I called more than 4 times but I still did not get a response . After they send the cancellation email I gave the benefit of a doubt I made another order before I could even receive my refund because i was buying for my younger brother and I wanted to receive the shoes before festive, but superbalist did the same thing they did with the first order.. I am deeply hurt.. the reason why I buy on reduced priced is because of affordability.. I trusted superbalist with all my heart.. I recommended it to so many people.. I placed countless orders.. I received them.. I call after placing the second order and told the agent to live a note that I don’t care whether I receive the order after the 15th or the 20th what I need is for the order to be delivered.. but my wishes where not honoured.. I requested for the complaint department contact and the agent told me they don’t have complaints department.. how? I don’t know I requested to speak to the the team leader.. but my request was not honoured..

Even today: on the 12th I have not received my 2 refunds.. how am I supposed to but my siblings Christmas clothes and food if superbalist does not give me the shoes and my refund… they made my life miserable and questioning my luck

They are unreliable and disrespectful
