Ordered items not all delivered

I placed an order for 3 items on 11 March 2023 ,but only 1 was delivered yesterday(15/03/23), yet on the app it shows all 3 items as delivered. I notified superbalist and I received a notification that email was received, but I still haven't received a response yet. Order no: ***4
