ORDER UNILATERALLY CANCELLED

Extremely disappointed in their service. Ordered a dress for urgent collection the next day, and then I receive a cancellation notification 23:30 the same evening. No explanation was afforded. After following up with their offices, I was afforded an automated explanation "We’ve had to remove ITEM from your order due to an inventory error". But as I went on their site the same dress with the same size is available, just at a revised higher price. Very disappointed, this used to be a reliable online shopping platform, however no more.
