Order that was incomplete

I have ordered 3 items with superbalist but received 2instead of 3 I have query with them but was told that my matter was Under investigation but till today I haven't heard anything from them , so people should be carefully when ordering with them, their service is very poor,especially as we are approaching festive season. Since September I reported the matter.
