Order still not delivered

As a First time superbalist.com customer I am extremely dissapointed as I have only heard good things about them in the past. I placed an order on the 21/12/17 and the delivery promise date was the 22/12/17. It is now the 02/01/18 and I have still not received my order? When contacting them they said the parcel was sent to the wrong delivery branch in Rondebosch instead of the Kenilworth delivery branch, which is kind of a ridiculous excuse because both of those areas arent too far from each other or the Area I stay in. I want superbalist.com to either waive some of the charges, provide a discount, remove delivery charge or somthing because of the inconvenience!!!!
