Order query - Superbalist

<p>Placed an order with Superbalist on 10/11/2016, the order had an expected delivery date of 14/11/2016. </p> <p>The item never arrived contacted Superbalitst.com to query as to why the order had not been processed. I was in order that the issue was most probably with my payment method, was advised to follow up accordingly. I did as per instructions, the financial institution informed me that the payment had been successful and that I should take it up with the supplier (superbalist.com) and submit my statement to substantiate that the payment had gone through on my account. </p> <p>To cut a long story short, after the back and forth with Superbalist ( about 20 emails with different individuals) I was told today on the 17/11/2016 that the order has been processed <br />No explanation was offered as to why this issue arose etc. </p> <p>Very disappointing </p>
