Order problem

I am very disappointed in the service that you guys have,iv been waiting at work for my order and and now I see that it was rescheduled due to me not being available which is a lie because iv been waiting outside my work place as we are closed for my order and nothing or anyone came to deliver now I'm waiting for another order which I don't know how far is the courier guys this is just stupid that one can't contact you guys 24/7 but you run an online store.
