Order number ***

I placed this order on August 29th, 2019 and paid. After struggling to get the package delivered because on 2 occasions because the delivery driver said he was scared to knock on the door because he didn't know if I have dogs in the yard (which I don't) I logged a refund. Mind you, I even offered them a different, more convenient location to which they refused.

I paid for these products via the app and now to get a refund, Superbalist wants me to provide a proof of payment in Pdf form. How must I provide this? The fact that I have an order number and that the parcel was dispatched should be sufficient for them to see that I paid.

I want my money back. I want my money back. Asking me for things you already know about is a delay tactic that I do not appreciate.
