<p>On the 13th March i made a purchase of boots from Superbalist, then i was not happy with the product, i contacted themto send it back for a refund, on the 24th i received confirmation that the refund was approved and it would take 3-6 working days to be in my account. On the 3rd I followed up, and was told EFT ( they sent me a copy of the EFT )was done on 27th March 2017, i then sent them my bank statement to show i hadnt received the funds. Up until now am still waiting for the refund</p>
