Order not recieved

i am super angry and upset with having to order something and pay and not recieve any feedback with regrds to my order or payment made everytime i email my proof of pyment in screenshot or pdf is not vaild as i need my order before the 25th of April which is Thursday and i have no feedback at all ....

i made payments :

R648.00 was paid to sUperblist from Money Account SWIPE **0301 at 09:08 on 17/04/2019

they cannot seem to track my order???? and i already paid??

i dont understand what the issue is ,, i always buy on superblist this was the worst experience ever doubt il ever buy again!!!
