Order not RECEIVED

I have not received my order and its day 3 without any notification or response from the concierge team. Part of the order is a house warming gift that was for Saturday!!! The inconvenience that you’ve put me in is beyond measured. Order was paid and SMS was sent confirming delivery would be on the 26th! Please could this be resolved urgently! At this point my money should be refunded and the order should be FREE!
