Order not received

Got an email that my order was delivered and signed for by me but I did not receive anything. You can only send emails that will be reviewed in 24 hours, call center is not available. After 2 hours and DM and Facebook messages sent, they came back to say it was delivered to someone I don't know and that I should check with this person if they have my stuff?!!
