Order not received.

I made an order on the 26th of February and on the app, it stated that my order will be delivered on the 6th of March. Which I was okay with, and I made for that day to receive the delivery as I couldn't reschedule or change the address that it should be delivered to.

Came the day of delivery the 6th of March, no driver or employee called with attempts of delivering my order. All I took around 6 o'clock was a message saying they couldn't deliver and no reason why and I contacted support, and nobody got back to me about the issue, not even the next day. The following day I had to go to work and in the morning, they send a message saying that they will deliver that day and I had not made arrangements for it and still on the app the option to reschedule is greyed out. so I made a phone call to one the agents stating that there is nobody at that address at the moment to can accept the delivery because that delivery was supposed to arrive the day before and nobody communicated with me on what's going with delivery but a lousy message that they just couldn't deliver my parcel and I'm now only available the next day and I was told it's fine they will reschedule for tomorrow the 8th of March, he will make a call/note with the drivers to deliver it the next day.

Now I'm available the next day, there is no SMS saying the order will be delivered today and I look on the app to track my order and it says there was nobody to accept the order on the 6th of March and the 7th of March which is a bold lie as no driver called me to confirm or show up at my doorstep trying to deliver. I called support again on the 8th of March to see what's going with my deliver and why it's not being delivered. The agent told she will look into it and call me back because they are supposed to have rescheduled the delivery for the 8th. Mind you that was around 12 pm and at 15h00 I still hadn't heard and tried to call support again, but this time call went unanswered.

I am very irate at the moment. My valuable time has been wasted and I don't when again I will be available to receive this order. I am very disappointed in Superbalist because i have never received such treatment with my orders.

I need answers ASAP because I am very annoyed.
