Order not received

I placed an order yesterday and specifically chose the next day delivery option which you get charged extra for. I waited for my order the entire day then i get an sms later in the afternoon saying my order is rescheduled for Saturday before 5pm. I specifically wanted the order to arrive on Friday because i have places to go to on Saturday. I am not willing to spend my entire Saturday waiting for the delivery and also how do you just reschedule my order without confirming with me first. This kind of service is unacceptable
