Order not received

Good day I have send mutliple emails enquiring my order(Order No. ***9) the initial date was 30th December after not receiving any communication such as email/sms i emailed and followed up. Qaqamba was suppose to provide me with more information on the delivery date but she never came back with any feedback. This is my last option i have been waiting for my order and in the website the date has changed to the 3rd not sure if that is correct. Please confirm the delivery date for my order
