Order not delivered ? I am taken pillar to post to get my money

I bought running shoes on the 27th May. The delivery was suppose to be 4th June. I recieved a call from their corrier saying they will contact me for direction when they were close which they never called back. I have not recieved my order upto now. I have requested a refund only to be told I must provide collection adress where they can collect the product. I have not recieved it and I lost interest I just want my money.
