Order not delivered

I ordered from the online shop on the 10th of February, I then received an email on Thursday that the order had been delivered.

There was clearly no call made by the couriers to me upon delivery and there was no proof of documentation requested from the person that accepted my order.

I have been calling Superbalist for the past 6 days and they keep telling me that this has been escalated.

I asked them which had signed for this parcel and they sent me the forged signature., which I might add is a very big ******** offense.

I called in today and I was told the same thing.

I asked to speak to the manager but they refused to call the manager to the phone.

I have not had contact from the couriers as was told by the call centre agents.

Superbalist is very unprofessional and they have no sense of care.

A shameful establishment, that does not care about its clients.

I am told that the couriers are called ' Fast & Furious'.

All I am asking for is for this company to have empathy at least.

I wouldn't recommend Superbalist after this incident even though I have been ordering from them for a while now.
