Order not delivered and superbalist agents lying

Unprofessional and disappointing experience

I placed an order with them on the 11th of November 2024 and the delivery was noted as the 14th but nothing has arrived yet. I emailed them they said they had a delay due to damaged goods and that the order will reach me by the 15th November 2024 but I'm writing this no order has arrived and I'm told by their agent that the order hasn't even left their warehouse in Joburg.

So I don't understand why would one agent lie about the delivery status and why would a big company like this even resort to lying instead of solving customer queries.
