Order not delivered

I placed an order with Superbalist on the 28th of August and until today I have not received my parcel. Ther customer service is very disappointing. Same thing happened when I logged a return and they only collected the parcel after three weeks. I haven’t received any feedback from them. All I get is an sms that my parcel will be delivered and I wait the whole day and nothing!!! Very bad customer service.
