ORDER NOT DELIVERED

MY ODER number ***0 was scheduled to arrive dated 08/01/2024 seeing that no communication has been sent since order date , i decided to call their contact center spoke to Anelisiwe who refused to confirm their surname because of Superbalist policy act, she refused to transfer my call to a superior .

was at the home their entire day awaiting order to arrive , scheduled my doctors appoint for this order ,only to be told that it will arrive tomorrow upon my call, no sms or email was sent to me to communicate this inconvenience .

the poor service we receive on their call center and also on delivery of service. There is no accountability taken at at all .its their way or the high way .
