Order not delivered

I have been waiting more than two weeks on superbalist.com to delivered the order i placed with them,still today i didnt receive it i dont know what to do.They keep on getting back to me with a auto response promising to contact me soon but that's about it I have been contacting them but with no avail Their customer service sucks. My patience is up all I want is my order or they must refund me
