Order No. ***6

I am dismayed with the level of service from Superbalist. On the 30th of September i bought an Item (Slim T) and bought size medium, however Superbalist delivered Size Large. Then I logged Return and Exchange on their website then they took the Item and then three days later they still delivered the wrong size again. So I had to log another request and exchange on their website whereby I clearly stated i want size medium. I just received an email now confirming my order with the wrong size again. I am quite annoyed with level of incompetence. Its almost 20 days still awaiting the correct order!!
