Order lost in Transit in less than 1 hour

I bought Clothing items order number ****670 on Tuesday 04.02.2020 at 07:02 I received an SMS that my parcel is out for delivery, By 08:04 My parcel was lost in transit. I called the contact centre the Fashion assistant was not helpful she just said to me they will see if they can replace the items or they will refund me if they can without even putting an effort to as to why my items were lost in that short space of time. Superbalist is disgusting with their deliveries.
