Order keeps getting rescheduled, awful customer service

I hardly ever write reviews but felt that I had to warn people not to buy from Superbalist. After reading some of the other reviews it seems that it's common for them to keep rescheduling delivery and never actually deliver. I called multiple times and sent emails to a Waafiqah.B and an Ashley.S, who kept saying that emails were being sent and it was being escalated after the parcel was already out for delivery (how it will help emailing a driver who is already on the road I don't know). My parcel, which was meant to be delivered in Cpt City Centre was in Fishoek and then Stellenbosch. When I queried this, I got an email notification saying that I could no longer email that inbox. They also will not let me cancel without uploading a picture of the goods I didn't receive?? Absolute ridiculousness, please don't bother ordering from Superbalist.
