Order isses

Hi, called in and asked if I could have my pickup order added to my Takealot delivery, I was told this could not be done, tomorrow my item will be sent back to Takealot Depot in Montague Gardens and then canceled. I don't have any way to get to Retreat Pickup point today at all, my car was ******. I thought Superbalist was integrated with takealot, seems this isn't the case. If I have to purchase the item again I lose the discount. Very inconvenient and will be making more noise on Social media about this

Never buying from Superbalist again.
