Good day I must say I have over 4 months not ordering anything from Superbalist due to your poor service , and here I am trying my luck again with you ,and i ordered and paid R35 for the quick delivery of my parcel and expected date was 31.10.2025 and this I did because i knew I have to be out of town for sometime , its 18h34 31.10.2025 parcel not received and went to your pickup point its not delivered yjey confirmed it was only packed this morning ,delayed my trip now in order to see if i can get this tomorrow, what an inconvenience caused because of your very poor service . I NEED YOU TO GIVE ME AN APOLOGY, AND REFUND ME R35 AS I DID NOT GET MY PARCEL AS EXPECTED ,YOU FAILED TO DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISES ,YOU ARE VERY POOR . This kind of service is really medocrity as I requested this service cause I knew my schedule now am inconvenienced by your mediocrity
