Order delivered with missing items

I collected order #*** at their pick up point and discovered that 2 items were missing. I have emailed their support email and requested for assistance at the Lyndhurst pick up point and to date my query is not being resolved. They said they were investigating, yet I’m not getting any concrete feedback. All I want is for missing items to be delivered or my refund to be processed
