Order delay 3days

Been waiting for my order since Saturday . The only reason that i went ahead with the order it’s because i had to collect it on Saturday now it’s Already 17:00 monday. How long must I wait ? If an order says Saturday I expect it Saturday. I have plans now what must we do or wear? On social media I'm being ignored now
