ORDER CANCELLED UNWARRANTED

Attempted twice to contact me via sms only ,no calls made .After those two attempts ,they canceled the order.The consultant said they cancel the order after 3 attempts of delivery ,howver their policy stated " If we are unable to deliver your order, or you don’t collect from a pickup point within 7 days, we will cancel the order and return it to the warehouse. Even after my efforts not to cancel the order they proceeded and no one was able to assist .Their response is like they are the 3rd party and there is nothing that they can do yet the order was cancelled by a human being on the system. They are not solution oriented company , customer care is flawed .It makes me wonder if if this delibarate so that you forfeit the discounted items .
