Order cancelled, no explanation, no refund!!!! Calls being rejected !!!

I’m highly disappointed with the service I’m getting from Superbalist. Last week I placed an order and did an eft, but order status was written “cancelled “ of which I did not cancel my order.

In trying to rectify the matter I sent an email, no response. I have spent more than R100 in airtime trying to call them, to no avail. Could they please take us seriously coz we pay our money to buy???? And as a form of rendering a good service, pretty please!!!!
