ORDER CANCELLED BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY

I ordered Christmas clothes for my daughter on Blackfriday, my order was scheduled to be delivered on the 29th Of November 2018. Superbalist decided to separate my order into two, I then received my second order which was a 1 item on the 28 Of November 2018. I tracked my 1st order on Friday the 30th of November 2018 and my order status stated that ; They tried to deliver on the 28th of November 2018 but the recipient refused the delivery, I don't know which recipient because I only received 1 item which was the 2nd order.

I tried calling Superbalist client concierge on Friday and throughout the weekend, even this morning I did and their telephone is not picked up, I tried sending them emails but I receive an auto-response which is not helpful.

When I track my order this morning it says it's been CANCELLED.
