Order Cancelled

On the 19th of October i placed an order (order no: ***) for two pair of sneakers and make an EFT payment on the very same also sent them a payment notification and expected for the item to be delivered on the 28/10/2019 however on the very same day received an email that the order was cancelled due non payment i then enquirer with them, the only respond i got was that they can only refund me as the order has been cancelled and there is nothing they can do. its either i provide my banking details or they will put the money in my superbalist wallet. why must they treat their paying customers like **** while the money its in their bank account.
