Order cancelled 3 times

I have ordered a carpet that was 'available' on their website. After the amount was deducted from my credit card, I would receive a notice that the order has been canceled and I will be refunded in 3 to 5 days. This happened 3 times in one day! Superbalist is thus borrowing money from me and how many others, without paying interest?
