Prudence HokoOct 30, 2023, 09:23 GMT+2 Can someone senior in your company or department give me a call ASAP Your service an response to a complaint is quite pathetic If this is really how you treat your customers I hope you loose more of them because you have no sense of customer service or whatsoever For service consultants not reading a previous consultant notes to make sure an check if the driver got the updated information regarding the delivery clearly you need more training on how to resolve complaints I am really ****ed right now my son graduation is on Thursday an you people just canceled my order because of an *********** consultant I want my refund to reflect immediately in my account so I can go buy him sneakers before Thursday You really have no idea what this will do to my child on his special day just because someone failed to hang on just a few minutes try all means the driver gets the updated info to make sure the delivery is successful an in that you would have done your best an have a happy customer You guys are ridiculous
