Order #***8

I have ordered a bottle of perfume from superbalist when i received it the bottle was leaking i sent it back for an exchange. I always collect my orders from the Fordsburg warehouse as the original order was sent collected there however the exchange theh sent to and old work place that i no longer work at without me choosing that as a drop off. A few days had passed and upon tracking my parcel had i only seen that thry sent it to the wrong drop off. In this time no1 had made contact with to enquire why no1 was there to collect. I then requested to have it sent to the fordsburg wharehouse and was long that was not possible once the adress was given of which i did not. I then requested to cancel the order and have a refund of which i will have to wait 9 days for. Really not impressed with the service. All i am tolf is sorry.
