Order

I placed an order with Superbalist on the 6th and received an sms stating that my order would be delivered on the 8th which never happened when I checked the delivery status it showed order returned to courier and I just didn't understand, nobody at Superlist called me about this until. I called in on Fri and spoke to Natasha and she advised that she had escalated the matter to Operations and nobjody called me for feedback until I called them back and was advised by the same agent that there is no response and still nobody called me, I then called back today and I have spoken to 4 agents and none of them has been able to give me any feedback regarding my query and I was placed on hold for 15min by Mischka the last agent I spoke to but she came back and told me no manager was available to talk to me, I am very disgusted by the service Superbalist provides to their customers and will make sure I never ever buy from them
