Order ***0 Horrible service experience

I actually want to rate this a ZERO. I am appalled at the poor service from your agent. I started dealing with Abulele.X from the 19/12/2024 where your system cancelled my order after I paid for it. I also sent the proof of payment on the same day when I loaded the query. On the 19th when I phoned he was courteous and reassured me the refund process would be followed. I had to follow up on the case since that date and from the follow up calls he started being rude, defensive and impatient. I phoned a week later and complained to one of your other agents who also promised feedback and never got back to me. Abulele.X emailed me on the 3rd of Jan and requested my bank details which I sent back to him and heard nothing from him or Superbalist since. This morning when I phoned in he was arrogant, rude and defensive, tried to blame everything on me that I never rep**** to his email. I had to remind him that his conduct is unacceptable especially cause he also is not acknowledging the poor service he has given.

He spoke over me and spoke in a condescending tone as if as a client I am stupid, asks questions and doesn't even pay attention to the response given. He finally confirmed that he has my email and I must again due to his incompetence wait another 3-5 working days.
