Only promises, but no delivery!

Ordered sneakers for my son for Christmas through Superbalist. Great was my surprise when I received a sms stating that my money will be refunded. I did not cancel my order, nor did I ask for a refund. After the sms I wrote them an email to ask what is going on. Their answer was that the stock sold out without updating their system. All their mails are re-active : I had to ask first. I find this unacceptable. Don’t make promises that you can’t keep.
