Only half of my order delivered, no refund or delivery of the outstanding half has been done

I ordered 4x items on 10 March. On 23 March (13 days later!!!) I only received TWO of the FOUR items in my order. Now, on the 30th of March, after numerous phone calls and emails, they let me know that the delivery team said that everything was delivered. I am super upset, how does this happen with a company as good and streamlined as Superbalist? I still need to receive a carpet (yes, not a cheap item) and a towel.
