I bought a pair of heels and sneakers , it was suppose to be a split delivery but both the sneakers and the heels were delivered same time, and they even delivered earlier than their estimated delivery date. I did not encounter any problems even with their delivery guys, they found the place on their own. I was so happy with their customer service.
